Raise to Rise

Measuring and comparing with others lessens the ability to manifest and embrace abundance. Instead of accepting what is, the focusing falls on what we are lacking. When engaged in the false reality of measurement and less-than, our vibration becomes matched with not enough. If we believe the energy we put out into the world is reflected back to us–we receive of what we give–than being mindful of what we say and do, even under our breath, is an essential part of transformation.

If I am looking forward—honoring the uniqueness of I AM, the brilliance I am bringing into the world, than I’m in a high alignment. If I’m engaging in comparison—I am blocking myself from forward motion. If I am staying in a lower place—am I being a power of example? Am I shining a light of inspiration for others to find their own unique place in the world?

What we do individually matters. What we bring to ourselves, we bring to the world. It’s that simple. We all have the power to bring light, to stand in our power, the power of I AM.

You want to make changes in your life? Great! Acknowledge your desire, set your intention and give it to the universe. Now, bring up your vibration to match your desire. By putting ourselves in a higher vibration we come into alignment. When we focus on our desires, act as if they have already happened, it gives our vision the push to set it in motion.

Our attitudes and feeling around ourselves is key. The truth is, if we feel we are not worthy or not enough to attain a goal or a dream, than guess what, we won’t. We are and will become what we tell ourselves. Our words, our thoughts, determine our success.

To RISE, we need to RAISE…
We need to raise our level of self-love and self-compassion. It is not selfish to focus on your needs and self-care. It is life-giving. What you give to your soul will ripple outward and touch many. It is the highest form of service.

What does that look like? Daily affirmations, a gratitude list, walk in nature, prayer and/or meditation, yoga, cup of tea, breathing breaks (checking in throughout the day), eating well, saying no, letting go, working out, playing, belly laughter, dancing, power naps, disregarding what other people think and doing your thing, journaling, creating (cooking, art, writing, building)…Whatever you tap into that fills your soul, makes you smile, gives you a glimpse of who you really are and who you aspire to be—DO THAT.

Don’t get caught up in doing the exact right thing, self-care is an ongoing and ever-changing path. Be gentle. Trust and listen to your inner self. Your flow is your flow. Allow the gift of sinking into your unique rhythm. When you raise, you are destined to rise.

This writing strongly resonates within me. The ‘I Am’ energy is powerful as is self love and compassion, I love how you have explained this – your choice of words feeds my heart, my soul. I’ve been in that place of comparing my-self to others far too long and find that, now especially, it’s time to move far away from that kind of toxicity and move firmly into my own creative self-loving and life-empowering soul. Thank you for this perfect and amazing piece of your own empowering creativity.
