I Lie Beneath

I float just below the surface of the salty sea. Sunrays filter through the water and micro particles of life dance. In sacred celebration of stillness, I am folded back into the breast of the holy ground.

Within her, the dullness of sound sooths. Sand sifts, crabs scurry and in the background, an unknown repetitive click collects in creating a muffled masterpiece.

I flow with the tides and allow my body to absorb its vibrancy. In her fullness, I am supported. Life pulsates around me. There is no absence where it does not exist. I feel the caress of the current, a transmission of energy ripples through as I rest in silent wonder.

I lie beneath in the safety of the mother. I am home.
