No one needs to traverse this path alone; we are stronger together!

I am a published author, specializing in personal essay, memoir, and ancestral stories. I hold a B.A. in English and have been writing since I was a young child. Writing is within my bones...
I am a certified Sound Healer + Vibrational Therapist, Reiki Master, and Meditation instructor. My greatest joy is to share sound + vibration in a group or private setting.
One of the key components within my writing practices is mindfulness. Artist and writers have keen observational skills, which elevates their craft. But we all have this ability, to tap into noticing. Slow practices such as, meditation, journaling, mindfulness, forest bathing, ritual and prayer can provide clarity to bring into other areas of our everyday lives. To become more present, in-tune with the rhythm of the body and what is both moving through it and orbiting around it. Sound Healing and Vibrational Therapy is known to restore the nervous system, bringing one into a state of peace. The practice of using reflective and intuitive journaling, can bring clarity as we thoughtfully examine and release old stories, we become free to move with grace and confidence into a new chapter. The goal of my practices is to settle into the role of the observer while allowing myself space to feel, breathe and be delighted by the wonder that surrounds us. Becoming "rooted" assists me in all the areas of my life, as it affords me a solid foundation and clarity.
