Rose Ray Crystal Bowls Meditation
Join me in this sacred practice of meditation as we gather and surrender into rest and rejuvenation. Meditation assists us in letting our minds go, resting our bodies and listening to the voice within. The class is designed as a multi-layered experience using crystal bowls for toning, spoken word and poetry, crystals and essential oils to assist deepening into meditation. This class is for beginners as well as those who have a meditation practice. Together we gather and find support as we journey into a restful state.

Nautilus Reflective Writers Circle
Reflective writing is a powerful healing modality used throughout time for introspection, inspiration and to gain clarity. We will use different writing prompts to muse upon and write our impressions in our journals. This class is designed to build a reflective writer’s toolbox, one which can be utilized at any time for years to come. By circling up in community, you will find kinship and connection as we explore the deeper meanings within. This writer’s group is for seekers, both beginners and seasoned individuals. We meet for 1.5 hours.
Sacred Self-Care Circle
Join me and Sheree Asdot as we dive deep into the ART of self-care through sacred practices, rituals, meditation, sound bath, reflective journaling, DIY alignment tools, energy awareness and chakra balance.
The Sacred Self-Care Circle is offered monthly and kindly hosted by Two Feathers Healing Arts Center in E. Sandwich, MA.
